Count more or less 10 working days after you have received the processing confirmation mail.
If your order includes embroidered items, the process might take longer.
At present, tracking orders within Luxembourg is not feasible as our local logistics service provider does not offer this capability.
However, for orders dispatched outside of Luxembourg, we utilize a different service provider that offers tracking services.
You will receive a tracking link for international shipments to monitor the progress of your order.
If you have received a coupon code from your club and already added all desired items to your cart, please proceed to “View Cart” or “Checkout.”
On the right side, below your items, you will see the option “Add Coupons.”
Enter the code provided by your club in this field, and the discount will automatically be applied to your cart.
